We collect almost nothing, and we never sell or share any of it.
Finx LLC runs bearagon.com. This page explains what happens with your information on this website.
What we collect
The contact form asks for your name, company, email, and a few lines about your business. That's the whole list. There's no account to create, no tracking pixels, and no advertising cookies.
The assessment chat
If you try the assessment chat, what you type is sent to Anthropic — the company whose AI (Claude) powers it — to generate each reply. Anthropic doesn't use it to train their models. We only receive your conversation if you choose to send us your plan at the end. Either way: a plain description of your business is all it needs — never put passwords or account numbers in a chat, ours included.
How we count visits
We use Cloudflare's privacy-first analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read — no cookies, no tracking of individuals, nothing sold or shared. It tells us the site is working; it doesn't tell us who you are.
How it's used
Form submissions arrive in our email so we can reply to you and prepare your free assessment. That's it. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't share or sell your information to anyone.
The services behind the site
Like most websites, a few providers help this one run: Formspree delivers the contact form to our inbox, Cloudflare hosts the site, and Google Fonts serves the typefaces (which, like any web request, means Google's servers see your IP address). None of them get anything else from us about you.
If you become a client
Working with Bearagon means granting access to some of your business tools — email, calendar, books, payments. That access is governed by your service agreement, scoped to the minimum each workflow needs, and explained before you approve anything. How we handle it is covered on our security page.
Your choices
Want to know what we have, or want it deleted? Email magic@bearagon.com and we'll take care of it — usually the same day.
